Arrested 2 subjects stealing iron fence of North-South expressway
Two subjects Le Van Hung and Le Dinh Toan have just been arrested to investigate the crimes of "Theft of property" and "Receiving property obtained by others through crime".
Previously, during the patrol and control to ensure security and order in the area, at around 4:00 p.m. on October 24, the Security and Order Team of Tuy Yen village, Cong Liem commune, Nong Cong district, Thanh Hoa province discovered that some iron fences separating the residential road and the highway were missing, so they surrounded the police force to verify and clarify...

Upon receiving the report, Nong Cong District Police mobilized forces, coordinated with Nhu Thanh District Police to quickly investigate and clarify the case. Using professional measures, after only 24 hours of focused investigation, at 1:00 p.m. on October 25, Nong Cong District Police arrested Le Van Hung (born in 1983), in Yen Tho village, Mau Lam commune, Nhu Thanh district, who was the subject who stole 15 fences worth about 20 million VND. Expanding the investigation, Nong Cong District Police continued to arrest Le Dinh Toan (born in 1980), in Phu Son village, Phu Nhuan commune, Nhu Thanh district, who purchased the 15 fences that Hung had stolen.
At the police station, Le Van Hung confessed that on the night of October 23 to the morning of October 24, Hung used a trailer to go to Cong Liem commune, Nong Cong district, using pliers and wrenches to remove the barriers between the highway and the residential road, then sold them to Le Dinh Toan for 4.8 million VND.
Currently, Nong Cong District Police have initiated a criminal case, prosecuted the accused, temporarily detained Le Van Hung and Le Dinh Toan, and seized all evidence including 15 barriers and many other tools that Hung used to commit the theft.
