Arrested 2 female monsters specializing in stealing motorbike trunks
(Baonghean.vn) -At 10:30 a.m. on August 6, 2012, the Social Order Investigation Team of Vinh City Police coordinated with Truong Thi Ward Police (Vinh City) to arrest two subjects: Cao Thi Lan (born in 1979, residing in Block 2, Dien Chau Town) and Le Thi Toan (born in 1979, residing in Hamlet 5, My Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh), confiscating 2,895,000 VND, 1 watch, 1 mobile phone.
Through the initial investigation, the two subjects confessed to having stolen property 6 times by picking through motorbike trunks.
