Accordingly, the owners of the three vehicles that violated Directive 16 include: Nguyen Van Thang (born in 1968), residing in Thu Thuy Ward, Cua Lo Town; Vo The Loi (born in 1969), Nguyen Van Long (born in 1976), residing in Nghi Thiet Commune, Nghi Loc District.
4 vessels violated a number of regulations in Decree 42/2019/ND-CP, dated May 16, 2029 of the Prime Minister in seafood exploitation, including: Ship NA 94080 TS captained by Le Ngoc Son (born in 1994), registered permanent residence at: Dien Ngoc Commune, Dien Chau District; Ship NA 90093 TS captained by Thai Ba Tuan (born in 1972), registered permanent residence at Dien Ngoc Commune, Dien Chau District; Ship NA 94080 TS ownered by Le Van Son (born in 1981), registered permanent residence at: Dien Ngoc Commune, Dien Chau District and Ship NA 92023 ownered by Le Thanh Nhan (born in 1979) with permanent residence at Rach Goc Town, Ngoc Hien District, Ca Mau Province.
Currently, the Border Guard Station of Cua Lo - Ben Thuy Port has temporarily detained people and vehicles, completed the documents, and handled them according to the provisions of law.
