Arresting the explosives boss

In the past six months, on the Ho Chi Minh trail, there have been a number of suspicious individuals who have been illegally buying, selling, and transporting explosives. Through reconnaissance and situational awareness, the Criminal Investigation Department of Nghe An Province Police established a special project coded 281N to combat them.
At 7:45 p.m. on January 28, 2016, using professional measures, when detecting a suspicious female subject leaving her home, using a motorbike to transport goods towards Thanh Hoa, the working group followed. When the subject left her home about 4km, moving on the Ho Chi Minh trail, passing through Nghia Trung commune, the working group requested to stop the motorbike with license plate 37 R1-519.95 for inspection.
At the time of inspection, the vehicle contained 8kg of nitrogen explosives and 1m of slow-burning fuse. A quick search of the suspect's house in Hamlet 16, Nghia Trung Commune found 17kg of explosives and 10 electric detonators.
At the investigation agency, Nguyen Thi Nga (born in 1967), permanent resident of Ngoc Hung hamlet, Nghia Loi commune, Nghia Dan district, temporarily residing in hamlet 16, Nghia Trung commune, Nghia Dan district, confessed that she was on the way to transport explosives to another subject in Bai Tranh commune, Nghi Xuan district, Thanh Hoa province for consumption.
It is known that Nga and her husband are an important link in the explosives trafficking ring that has been established for a long time in the two provinces of Nghe An and Thanh Hoa. Nga's husband, Luu Thanh Trieu (born in 1965), has just completed his prison term for illegal trading of explosives.
The case is currently being investigated and expanded by the Criminal Police Department of Nghe An Province.
