Nghe An province authorities said that in the first 9 months of 2020, Nghe An province had 9,082 newly registered cars, an increase of more than 300 cars compared to the same period last year. Authorities completed procedures to transfer names and re-register 2,302 cars; transferred out: 2,464 cars, transferred in: 2,902 cars.
