Drug addict caught carrying 2 heroin cakes, 2kg of crystal meth to sell

At 5:00 p.m. on December 6, at the Trai River bridge area, in hamlet 11, Thanh Huong commune, Thanh Chuong district, the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department (PC04) arrested Pham Van Hung (born in 1970, residing in Ngoc Lam commune, Thanh Chuong district) while he was buying and selling drugs.
At the time of his arrest, Hung was driving a motorbike with license plate 37F1-757.25, carrying 2 heroin bricks and 2 kg of crystal meth in a sack. While waiting for the customer to come and receive the "goods", Hung was arrested by the police.
Hung confessed that he bought the drugs at the border area from a Laotian man for 300 million VND.

After buying the "goods", Hung hid them in the back garden of his house in Ta Xieng village, Ngoc Lam commune, Thanh Chuong district. When he found a buyer, he would sell them. Pham Van Hung is a long-time drug addict.
