Previously, on December 19, Que Phong District Police presided over and coordinated with the Center for Training and Use of Professional Animals - Mobile Police Command, Drug Control and Prevention Team - Nghe An Customs Department to break up a drug case, arresting Nguyen Van Hong (born in 1985), residing in Na Toc village, Muong Noc commune, Que Phong district for illegally transporting drugs, and seizing 1kg of crystal meth.
It is known that Nguyen Van Hong has just completed a 20-year prison sentence for illegal drug trafficking. After completing his prison term, Hong continued to relapse into drug addiction. With his lazy nature, in order to have money to buy drugs for personal use and expenses, the subject returned to his old ways and continued his drug-related crimes.
Currently, the case is being expanded by Que Phong District Police.
