Arrest of subject specializing in luring and tricking women into selling to China
(Baonghean.vn) - Discovering that many women in the area were unusually absent, Ky Son District Police began investigating and discovered that the person who specialized in luring and tricking women into being sold to China was Luong Van Vuong.
The Investigation Police Agency of Ky Son District has just initiated a case, prosecuted the accused, and detained Luong Van Vuong (born in 1986), residing in Tat Thoong village, Chieu Luu commune, Ky Son district, for 3 months for human trafficking.
According to the investigation results, in early November 2013, Vuong was asked by a woman named NTV (residing in Ky Son district) to find women to sell to China for marriage. This woman said: "If anyone wants to go to China, call me, and the price depends on how ugly or beautiful they are." Luong Van Vuong agreed.

Later, Vuong learned about the situation of Ms. LTB (born in 1997), who lived in the same village and was in a difficult situation and was often abused by her husband. Seeing this, Vuong went to Ms. B's house to approach and persuade her to go to China to "change her life" and "promised" that if she agreed, Ms. B's family would receive a sum of money. Although she was still hesitant, Ms. B agreed to Vuong's sweet words.
After that, Vuong called NTV and the woman promised to pay 40 million VND. A few days later, NTV picked up Ms. B., took her to China, and sold her to a man to marry. About 2 weeks later, the woman came to Vuong's house and gave him 40 million VND. After receiving the money, Vuong gave 30 million VND to LTB's sister, and spent the rest.
Verifying and consolidating documents and evidence, the Task Force arrested Luong Van Vuong for human trafficking.
At the police station, Luong Van Vuong admitted to all his crimes. Currently, the Ky Son District Police Investigation Agency is continuing to hunt down the remaining suspects in the case.
