From late December 2020 to early January 2021, Dak Mil District Police discovered a strange subject with many suspicious signs, using a fake ID card.
Through discussions with police in neighboring provinces, using professional measures, Dak Mil District Police identified a subject named Chuyen Phi Cuong (born in 1993, residing in Cam Ranh City, Khanh Hoa) who is being arrested by the Cam Ranh City Police Investigation Agency with 2 decisions.wantedfor intentionally causing injury in 2019 and disturbing public order in 2020.
This is also the subject who committed many serious and especially serious crimes in Cam Ranh City, including murder.
A plan to capture the suspect was drawn up by the Dak Mil District Police with the determination to capture Chuyen Phi Cuong but must ensure absolute safety for the forces participating in the capture.
