Having a large amount of cash, assets for spending and communication stolen right on the last day of the year, many people in the commune were extremely sad and worried about losing Tet. The person who caused the people's sadness was later arrested.
On the second day of Tet (February 6), a quick source from the Investigation Police Agency of Can Loc District Police (Ha Tinh) said that the unit had just issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused and issue an order to temporarily detain Nguyen Trong Long (born in 1986, residing in Vinh Gia village, Song Loc commune) for the crime of property theft.
The above source said that on the morning of February 3, when Mr. PQL, residing in Vinh Gia village, Song Loc commune, just woke up, he was shocked to discover that his house had been broken into by a thief, who took 20 million VND in cash and 4 mobile phones, including 1 Iphone 8 plus, 1 Samsung S7 and 2 Iphone 6 plus, along with a number of other valuable assets.

After receiving the report, the Criminal Police Team of Can Loc District Police conducted an investigation, collected evidence at the scene, checked the suspects and identified Nguyen Trong Long as the subject who committed the two thefts. At the investigation agency, Nguyen Trong Long initially admitted his crimes.
