Arrested subject carrying drug paraphernalia to deliver to addicts at night
(Baonghean.vn) - While delivering drug paraphernalia to addicts at night, the subject was discovered and arrested by traffic police.
At 8:30 p.m. on September 5, while patrolling and controlling traffic along National Highway 1A in Cau Giat town (Quynh Luu district), the working group of Dien Chau Traffic Police Station discovered Le Duy Minh (born in 1984, from Hoang Hoa district, Thanh Hoa province, residing in block 5, Cau Giat town, Quynh Luu district) driving a motorbike with license plate 37L1 44895 in Quynh Thach commune without wearing a helmet.

The task force signaled the vehicle to stop for inspection. Thereby, it was discovered that the subject did not carry any documents, only a trough (a tool for using crystal meth) to give to the addict.
The working group made a record of the temporary seizure of the evidence and took the subject to Quynh Luu District General Hospital for a quick drug test. The result was that Minh's blood tested positive for 4 types of drug precursors.
