(Baonghean.vn) - The subject committed the theft late at night, driving a vehicle using a fake license plate, choosing hidden corners of the supermarket's security cameras to commit the crime.
Nghi Loc District Police have just successfully broken up a case, arresting a subject who broke into an electronics supermarket and stole many valuable assets in the area.
Previously, Nghi Loc District Police received a report that TC Electronics Supermarket in Nghi Loc District was broken into by thieves who stole 6 iPhones of various types, 7 laptops, and 5 million VND in cash. The total value was about more than 130 million VND.

After receiving the report, Nghi Loc District Police quickly conducted a crime scene investigation and verified the case. Considering the criminal behavior of the subject was reckless, daring, and sophisticated, the incident occurred right in the center of Quan Hanh town, Nghi Loc district next to National Highway 1A, with great property damage, causing panic and anger to the supermarket owner and the people, after reporting to the provincial police leaders, Nghi Loc District Police established a special project to fight.
Because the suspect committed the theft late at night, drove a vehicle with a fake license plate, and chose hidden corners of the supermarket's security cameras to commit the crime, the investigation team encountered many difficulties. However, after a period of applying a combination of professional measures, the investigation team identified the suspect who committed the crime.

After collecting sufficient documents and evidence, on July 28, Nghi Loc District Police presided over and coordinated with Hung Yen Bac and Hung Yen Nam Commune Police (Hung Nguyen District) to successfully crack a case and arrest Pham Trong Long (born in 1996), residing in Hung Yen Bac Commune, Hung Nguyen District, for theft of property. At the police station, the subject admitted all of his crimes.
The police also seized 5 mobile phones, 5 laptops, 1 motorbike and other documents and evidence related to the case.
Currently, Nghi Loc District Police are consolidating the case file to handle the subject according to legal regulations and recover the remaining evidence.
