Wanted suspect arrested, 32 blocks of marijuana seized.
(Baonghean.vn) - After more than a month of implementing Special Case 115CS, on the afternoon of February 14th, Vinh City Police arrested three individuals: Phan Thi Chin, born in 1975, residing in Block 10, Do Luong Town, Do Luong District; Nguyen Van Hung, born in 1969; and Nguyen Van Minh, born in 1989, residing in Block 4, Le Loi Ward, Vinh City, for the crime of illegally trading narcotics.
While Nguyen Van Hung was delivering drugs to Phan Thi Chin in Cau Giat town, Quynh Luu district, Nghe An province, the special task force decided to crack the case and arrest the two suspects on the spot.

At the scene, the 115CS task force seized 32 blocks of marijuana weighing 32 kg, one electronic scale, and one car with license plate 37D-0068. Simultaneously, the task force in Vinh City arrested Nguyen Van Minh. At Minh's residence, authorities seized two packages of marijuana.

It is known that the three suspects, Chín, Hưng, and Minh, were part of a drug trafficking ring that transported drugs from Laos to Vinh and then to Hanoi for distribution. Phan Thị Chín was a nationally wanted fugitive for the crime of illegal drug trafficking. Chín had undergone facial cosmetic surgery and obtained a new identity card to evade law enforcement.
Later that evening, the leaders of the Vinh City Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Nghe An Provincial Police Department decided to award a commendation to the 115CS Special Task Force.
