Arrested a subject transporting 1,800 synthetic drug pills from Laos
Subject Truong Thanh Tuan hid 10 nylon bags containing 1,800 tablets in a foam box, disguised with fish and ice on top, and the bottom of the box was modified to hide drugs.
On September 20, Quang Binh Provincial Police announced that they had just arrested a subject transporting 1,800 synthetic drug pills from abroad into Quang Binh province.

During the inspection of the styrofoam box, the authorities discovered 10 nylon bags containing 1,800 tablets, which the subject disguised as fish and ice, and the bottom of the box was modified to hide drugs.
This subject declared his name as Truong Thanh Tuan (born in 1987, residing in Truong Duc village, Hien Ninh commune, Quang Ninh district, Quang Binh) and the above tablets were all synthetic drugs in the form of pink pills.
Continuing to fight and exploit, Truong Thanh Tuan initially confessed that the drugs in the styrofoam box belonged to a subject named "Xe" (residing on Trinh Hoai Duc street, Nam Ly ward, Dong Hoi city, Quang Binh) who asked him to receive them from a passenger car with a Lao license plate.
Through the work of mobilizing and persuading related subjects in the case, on September 17, subject Dinh Hoai Nam (also known as Xe, born in 1989, residing in Residential Group 5, Nam Ly Ward, Dong Hoi City, Quang Binh) came to the investigation agency to surrender.
The Investigation Agency and Quang Binh Provincial Police are continuing to investigate and expand the case./.
