On April 15, Que Phong District Police are temporarily detaining Nguyen Van Hoa (born in 1973), residing in Ba Don Ward, Ba Don Town, Quang Binh Province, to investigate the act of illegally transporting drugs.

From the documents and evidence collected by the detectives, the district police leaders decided to establish a special project coded "412B" to fight and clarify the behavior of the subject Hoa.
On April 14, upon receiving information that Hoa would conduct a transaction and bring a large quantity of drugs downstream, the Task Force quickly met and developed a plan to catch the subject red-handed.
At 7:50 p.m. the same day, when the subject Hoa moved to the location where the Task Force had arranged forces to intercept, the working group requested to check, control, and arrest the subject Nguyen Van Hoa.
Evidence seized at the scene included: 1 heroin cake (weighing 353.22 grams), 24,000 pink pills (weighing 2,395.6 grams) and 1 mobile phone.
At the District Police Investigation Agency, Hoa confessed to buying drugs from Mong people in Tri Le commune, planning to bring them to Quang Binh to divide into small pieces and sell them to drug addicts for profit. Currently, the case is being further investigated by the Special Task Force./.
