(Baonghean.vn) - At 7:15 PM on January 2nd, on National Highway 48B in Hamlet 8, Quynh Ba Commune, Quynh Luu District, a task force from the Environmental Crime Prevention Police Department (PC49), in coordination with Team 1/7 of the Provincial Traffic Police Department, inspected a car with license plate 37A 05320, driven by Vu Xuan Giang (born 1984, residing in Block 1, Cau Giat Town, Quynh Luu District). They caught Kieu Van Phu (born 1993, residing in Ngoc Son Commune, Quynh Luu District) red-handed for transporting 7 boxes of foreign-made firecrackers, with a total weight of 11 kg.

The suspect is Kieu Van Phu.

Currently, the suspect and the seized evidence have been handed over to the Quỳnh Lưu District Police for investigation and processing.
