(Baonghean.vn) – After being discovered by family members, the pervert who committed indecent acts against an 11-year-old girl has been arrested.

At 3 PM on August 27th, the family of PTT (born in 2002, residing in Bong Khe commune, Con Cuong district) discovered Hoang Trong Hieu (born in 1990, residing at the same address) committing acts of sexual abuse against T at Hieu's private residence.

The incident has been reported, and the Con Cuong District Police are currently holding Hieu in custody for investigation and processing.
