Ha Tinh is known as a land of "talented people", a place with many advantages in terms of human resources and rich natural resources. This is considered the intersection between the two major economic bridges of the country, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, located in the East-West economic development corridor of the Mekong sub-region through Cau Treo border gate.

Currently, the province has 2 national economic zones, namely Vung Ang Economic Zone and Cau Treo International Border Gate Economic Zone; 2 industrial zones Ha Vang and Gia Lach under the National Industrial Zone Planning along with 23 industrial and handicraft clusters. With tens of thousands of foreign experts coming to work and live, along with a large number of overseas Vietnamese returning from abroad, the need to own high-end real estate with full amenities and modern facilities has become urgent, making the Ha Tinh market "hotter" every day.

For example, since the first months of 2020, despite the Covid-19 pandemic, Ha Tinh has continuously received investment information such as Vingroup participating in the bidding for a 1 billion USD project with a scale of 136.8 hectares; Tan Hoang Minh Group investing in a 1,500 billion VND project on Nguyen Huy Tu Street; T&T investing more than 3,680 billion VND to build an urban area in the South of the city and a commercial service urban area project, ecological villas...

In 2021, T&T Group proposed a "super project" with a scale of up to more than 50,000 billion VND. Along with that, Nha Trang Bay Construction Investment Joint Stock Company also sent a document to the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province asking for approval of the policy of researching, surveying, and planning the construction of a 330-hectare urban tourism project with a total investment of 4,000 billion VND.
Entering 2022, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province has decided to allow Onsen Fuji Group Joint Stock Company to implement the high-end coastal resort project Wyndham Costa Ha Tinh. Ecopark Group Joint Stock Company also proposed to develop a new project, marking a new milestone for the development stage of Ha Tinh real estate, affirming the attraction of the "golden land" that is being interested and sought after by many investors.
"Dragon Transformation" with newly established price level
According to experts, trillion-dollar projects have contributed to increasing the heat of the Ha Tinh real estate market. Thanks to being targeted by large corporations, in the past 5 years, Ha Tinh land prices have increased 5-10 times. According to statistics from the Land Registration Office - Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Ha Tinh province, in the first half of 2022, the unit processed more than 29,000 land-related transactions. Meanwhile, in 2020, the total number of transactions to be processed in the whole Ha Tinh province was about 84,000 records, in 2021 it was more than 122,000.

Another clear proof is that during the peak of the 4th outbreak (June - July 2021), Ha Tinh successfully auctioned land lots at high prices, exceeding many price steps. Thus, Ha Tinh land prices are increasing significantly, the demand for investment here is increasing, especially in the North - considered "golden land" with the planning of a series of projects.

According to experts, Ha Tinh is a market with a lot of internal potential but has not been fully exploited. In contrast to big cities like Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang… with increasingly scarce and expensive land funds, no more opportunities for development and breakthrough, Ha Tinh still has a lot of room to exploit.
