Lack of beach resort real estate model
As the largest province in the country, famous for many beautiful beaches in the North Central region, experts assess that urban and real estate in Nghe An still have a lot of development potential.
Before 2020, real estate projects in Nghe An were mostly small-scale, sold quickly, and had little inventory. In terms of segment, land or pre-built houses were dominating, while local resort real estate lacked a large supply.
Some existing resort products are mainly concentrated in Cua Lo area such as: Golden Pearl or Vinpearl Cua Hoi, Muong Thanh Dien Lam... Besides Vinpearl Cua Hoi, other projects have not yet been implemented. The high-end resort segment is therefore completely absent, especially after FLC's 460-hectare project in Nghi Loc district was revoked.
From 2020 to now, Nghe An real estate market has witnessed positive changes with the appearance of reputable investors such as Mipec, Vingroup, Tan A Dai Thanh, Ecopark... helping this market become more and more vibrant, attracting investment cash flows.
The strong attraction of Nghe An real estate market is also fueled by policies to restore, boost the economy, and develop transport infrastructure. In 2022, Nghe An strives to achieve a 100% disbursement rate of public investment capital, with a scale of hundreds of thousands of billions of VND. The locality also sets a target of 8.5 - 9.5% growth in the province's total product in 2022, continuing to be in the top 10 nationwide. This will be a big "springboard" for real estate prices to continue to grow rapidly.
