Arrested village boy holding knife chasing and slashing police
After a scuffle with a fellow villager, when the authorities invited him to the headquarters to work, Dong did not comply but used a butcher knife to chase and slash Cuong, injuring his left hand.

Initial information, at around 2:45 p.m. on February 2, at the family of Ms. Ngo Thi Kim (Na Nang village, Ban Cam commune, Bao Thang district), a fight broke out between Nguyen Van Dong (born in 1994) and Nguyen Van Binh (born in 1998, from the same village).
Upon receiving the news, Mr. Ly Manh Cuong, Chief of Commune Police, and the working group arrived at the scene to record the incident and invited the subjects to the commune police headquarters to work.
Dong did not comply with the request of the authorities but used a butcher knife to chase and slash Cuong, injuring his left hand.
Dong then returned home, locked himself inside, punctured the roof, threw cement tiles at the authorities, and fled up the hill.
Local authorities mobilized forces to surround and arrest the suspect. After nearly an hour, they controlled the suspect, seized the evidence, and brought him to the commune police headquarters.
The subject has been handed over to Bao Thang district police.
