Arrested 2 subjects carrying 25kg of explosives for sale
(Baonghean.vn) - Two subjects were on their way to transport 25kg of explosives for sale when they were discovered and arrested by the authorities.

At about 1:30 p.m. on February 22, in hamlet 5, Nghi Xa commune, Nghi Loc district, the Border Guard Station of Cua Lo - Ben Thuy Port in coordination with the Drug and Crime Prevention Department of the Provincial Border Guard Command, the Investigation Security Department of Nghe An Provincial Police arrested Le Thanh Hai (born in 1964, residing in hamlet 6, Nghi Thinh commune, Nghi Loc district) and Hoang Van Hoa (born in 1964, residing in block 10, Nghi Thuy ward, Cua Lo town) for illegally buying, selling and transporting explosives.
At the scene, authorities seized 25 kg of TNT explosives, 120 detonators, 2 mobile phones, and 1 motorbike.
The Cua Lo - Ben Thuy Border Guard Station has completed the initial file, prosecuted the case and handed over the suspect and evidence to the Nghe An Provincial Police's investigation security agency for further handling.
