(Baonghean.vn) - In just two days, May 12 and 13, Team 3, Environmental Police Department of Nghe An Provincial Police continuously discovered and arrested 6 illegal sand dredging boats, seizing nearly 1,000 m3 of sand.

Accordingly, on the Lam River section passing through Hung Linh Commune, Hung Nguyen District, the authorities discovered and arrested 6 boats illegally mining sand. The authorities temporarily seized 6 boats and many machines used for illegal sand mining.
At the time of inspection, all of the above boats were not licensed by the competent authority to exploit sand and gravel.
Nghe An Provincial Police Department's Environmental Police is completing the dossier to handle violations according to the law.
