Biological father arrested in clip of abusing 10-year-old daughter
After the examination, the police detained the 47-year-old father to investigate and clarify the act of sexual abuse against his biological daughter.
On the evening of June 6, Can Giuoc District Police, Long An, announced that they had issued a decision to temporarily detain Mr. HVH (47 years old, residing in Phuoc Ly Commune, Can Giuoc District, Long An) to investigate the suspicion of child molestation.

H. is the biological father of the 10-year-old girl who appeared in the clip telling the story of being abused by her father that is causing a stir in public opinion.
According to initial investigation, due to emotional conflicts between H. and his wife, the girl followed her mother to live elsewhere, and has only been living with her biological father for about 4 months now. H. has been "famous" in the area for frequently drinking and getting drunk.
On June 5, the girl told some relatives about the abuse she and two other friends had been subjected to by Mr. H. Her relatives recorded a clip of her telling the story and posted it on Facebook.
Upon receiving the information, Can Giuoc District Police promptly took action and took the child for examination on the afternoon of June 6.
Based on the results of the examination, the investigation agency initially determined that this girl showed signs of abuse.
Due to the complicated nature of the case and the seriousness of H.'s actions, the investigation agency quickly conducted the necessary investigation procedures and temporarily detained Mr. H.
