Arrest of fugitive wanted for 22 years, currently director of 3 companies

When arrested, this subject had changed his name to Hoang Van Ba and was the director of 3 large companies in Dak Nong province.
According to initial information, in 1998, Pham Van Bo went bankrupt, so he fled his hometown in Nghia Hoa commune (Lang Giang district, Bac Giang province) to live in Bao Lam district, Lam Dong province.
In this locality, the Ministry stayed in the house of Mr. Hoang Van Ba, born in 1962, residing in Village 4, Loc Phu Commune, Bao Lam District.
During his time here, Bo impersonated Mr. Hoang Van Ba to register permanent residence in village 7, Loc Quang commune, Bao Lam district.
By the end of 2000, Pham Van Bo (at that time under the fake name Hoang Van Ba) bought a plot of land and opened Hoang Tuan carpentry workshop in Loc Thang town, Bao Lam district. The Bo registered the business license of this carpentry workshop under the name of Hoang Van Ba and registered temporary residence there.
From 2000 to 2002, Pham Van Bo sold his land to many people and borrowed money from many people before fleeing.
Bao Lam District Police determined that at that time, Pham Van Bo had appropriated about 300 million VND and 1,300 USD from many people. While the case was under investigation, Pham Van Bo (alias Hoang Van Ba) took his family and fled the area.
After fleeing Bao Lam district, Pham Van Bo brought his family to live in Residential Group 3 (Duc An town, Dak Song district, Dak Nong province). Here, Bo registered his permanent residence and was issued an ID card. During his time living here, Bo continued to open many companies to do business and be the owner.
