Upon receiving information from the public, at 1:30 p.m. on April 9, 2018, Market Management Team No. 4 - under the Nghe An Market Management Department coordinated with the Quynh Luu District Police force to inspect a truck with license plate 29C - 44004 driven by Nguyen Manh Cuong, residing in Lieu Xa Commune, Yen My District, Hung Yen Province.

Upon inspection, it was discovered that the truck contained more than 40 used motorbikes without accompanying documents and without owners. The motorbikes were branded SH150, Exiter, Liberty, Futurneo Fi… Initially, the driver admitted to transporting these motorbikes from the North to the South for sale.
Currently, Market Management Team No. 4 is completing procedures to transfer the case to Quynh Luu District Police for handling according to the law./.
