Arrest hitchhiker who killed someone and stole a motorbike
Bui Tuan Anh asked to ride Mr. H's motorbike, then used a knife to control and kill the victim, stole the motorbike, and left the scene.
On the morning of July 31, Bac Giang Provincial Police informed that the Criminal Police Department is detaining Bui Tuan Anh (born 2001, residing in Yen Tap Ben village, Yen Lu commune, Yen Dung district, Bac Giang province; residing in Van Coc 2 residential group, Van Trung ward, Viet Yen town) to investigate the act of murder.robbery.
Previously, the Criminal Police Department of Bac Giang Province Police received a report from Viet Yen Town Police that at around 8:00 p.m. on July 30, people discovered a male body on the grass next to the road in Van Coc 2 residential group, Van Trung ward, Viet Yen town. The victim's body had many injuries.
Immediately after receiving the report, the Criminal Police Department presided over and coordinated with Viet Yen Town Police and professional units to organize investigation and verification.
The investigation identified the victim as Mr. HQH (born in 2004, residing in Kep III village, Quyet Thang commune, Huu Lung district, Lang Son; temporarily residing in Quang Chau ward, Viet Yen town, Bac Giang), a worker at the industrial park in Viet Yen town.
At 5:00 a.m. on July 31, the authorities investigated and arrested the perpetrator, Bui Tuan Anh (born 2001).
At the police station, Bui Tuan Anh confessed that he needed money to spend so he had the idea of robbing property, then he prepared a knife to commit the crime.
On the evening of July 30, on a road in Van Coc 2 residential group, Bui Tuan Anh met Mr. H. and asked for a ride. When they reached a deserted road, Tuan used a knife to kill the victim, stole his motorbike, and left the scene.
The Criminal Police Department has detained Bui Tuan Anh and is continuing to investigate and handle him according to regulations.
