The task force conducted an administrative inspection and discovered 2 machetes and 1 utility knife in the car driven by Nguyen The Manh Tuan, born in 1990, residing in Block 1, Hong Son Ward, and 1 passenger in the car, Cao Khac Son, residing in Block 3, Doi Cung Ward, Vinh City, and took him to the police headquarters.
