Tattooed young man holding knife holding hostage arrested
On the morning of May 29, after nearly an hour of causing panic among employees of a water plant in Hue, the man holding a weapon was arrested by dozens of police officers.
At around 8am this morning, a young man armed with a knife and scissors broke into the headquarters of the water plant on Bui Thi Xuan Street, Hue. He made a mess in the security room, then went inside and held a female employee at knifepoint.

People inside the factory panicked and ran outside for help. Hue City police mobilized dozens of people from many forces to the scene. At 8:50, the police escorted a shirtless young man with many tattoos out.
On the other hand, the "hostage" in a state of panic was transferred to a medical facility by the authorities. Currently, the authorities have not announced the health status of this girl.
