The subject asked the shop owner to call the police to talk to him.

When the leaders of Buon Ma Thuot City Police, along with the Criminal Police Team, Tan An Ward Police and the special task force of the Security Police Department arrived, the subject demanded that he be given an AK gun and a fully loaded magazine. Otherwise, he would kill Y Dang.
