Arrested gun maker and seller on social networks
After ordering components, Phuc made dozens of guns and sold them on social networks.
On June 11, the Criminal Police Department of Quang Nam Province Police said it was temporarily detaining Le Van Phuc (born 1991, from Nam Kim Commune, Nam Dan District, Nghe An Province) to continue investigating and clarifying the act of storing military weapons.

According to the case file, through investigation and monitoring the situation on cyberspace, Quang Nam Provincial Police discovered that the Facebook account "PCP Quang Nam" regularly posted many images and videos advertising, introducing, and selling PCP guns and Rulo Sky guns that shoot sports bullets.
Through professional measures, the Criminal Police Department of Quang Nam Provincial Police identified Le Van Phuc as the subject managing and using the account "PCP Quang Nam".
Investigation results showed that Phuc also manufactured and produced guns and bullets in Tam Thanh commune, Nui Thanh district, Quang Nam province, posing a danger to society and disturbing security and order in the area.
Faced with the above situation, the Criminal Police Department reported to the Provincial Police Director to establish a special project, concentrate forces and means to fight and destroy.
At about 12:50 on June 8, the Criminal Police Department's working group coordinated with professional units and Nui Thanh District Police to ambush, discover, and catch Le Van Phuc red-handed using a motorbike to deliver a Rulo Sky gun and 24 sports bullets to a customer.
At the investigation agency, Phuc confessed to ordering gun components online to manufacture at his residence and buying sports bullets from La Van Tu (born 1954, residing in Tam Ky city, Quang Nam province).

Phuc then used social media platforms such as Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok, Zalo, and Telegram to post advertisements for the sale of guns and ammunition. By the time he was discovered and arrested, Phuc had sold more than 10 guns to individuals in many localities.
Searching the residence of Le Van Phuc and La Van Tu, the police force temporarily seized 2 PCP guns, 1 Rulo gun, 5.3 kg of lead bullets, 2 bullet making compressors and many components, equipment and tools for gun making.
