Arrested man with 2 criminal records for using bicycle to supply drugs to "high and dry" subjects
(Baonghean.vn) - Nguyen Sy Toan has two previous convictions for drugs. Toan often changes his means of transportation to deliver goods, sometimes by motorbike, sometimes by car, and even by bicycle to avoid suspicion from the public.
Vinh City Police (Nghe An Province) said that the unit has just broken up a case and successfully arrested a subject who specialized in supplying drugs to "flying and shaking" subjects in the area.

On the afternoon of May 4, in the area of Nguyen Duy Trinh Street, Van Trung Block, Hung Dung Ward, Vinh City, the City Police broke up a case, arrested Nguyen Sy Toan (born in 1972), residing in Hung Dung Ward, Vinh City, Nghe An Province for illegal drug trafficking, seized 1,000 ecstasy pills, and 1 mobile phone.
Nguyen Sy Toan has two previous convictions for drugs. Having just been released from prison at the end of 2021, Toan is still "a horse familiar with the old path", connecting with subjects inside and outside the area specializing in supplying drugs to "high" subjects in the city. To deal with the authorities, Nguyen Sy Toan is very vigilant, often changing means of transportation to deliver goods. Sometimes he travels by motorbike, sometimes by car; even by bicycle to avoid suspicion from the people. However, all of Toan's actions cannot escape the sharp expertise of the detectives.
