Emergency arrest of officer accused of molesting many girls
Police urgently arrested Nguyen Tien Dung to consolidate records and investigate his obscene acts with many girls at the Social Support Center.
Regarding the case of a social support center officer in Ho Chi Minh City being accused of sexually abusing many girls, this evening (November 17), the Investigation Police Agency of Binh Thanh District Police, Ho Chi Minh City has just issued an emergency arrest warrant for Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung, an employee of the Ho Chi Minh City Social Support Center, to investigate the act of sexually abusing.

Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung is an employee of the Records Management, Education and Counseling Department of the Social Support Center under the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City. After receiving the denunciation, up to this point, Binh Thanh District Police have taken statements to continue to consolidate the case file, to prosecute this man.
It is known that at noon of the same day, the Inspector of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs together with the Board of Directors of the Ho Chi Minh City Social Support Center had a meeting with the victim and Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung personally with the participation of a number of related parties.
At this meeting, Mr. Dung admitted to sexually abusing many girls under the care of the Center. After that, Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung was temporarily suspended for 15 days starting from November 18.
As previously reported, according to information reported in the press, many girls at the Social Support Center accused Mr. Dung of sexually abusing them. According to the victims’ statements, in addition to touching and squeezing their breasts, Mr. Dung also asked the girls to take off their clothes and touch his genitals.
After that, Mr. Dung would give the girls cigarettes, soft drinks, hot water to mix with instant noodles, and promise many other things. After being molested by Mr. Dung, two of these girls wrote a complaint to the authorities and the press about this man’s behavior./.
