Emergency arrest of murder suspect due to conflict from Game
Thinking that Hai had stolen his account information and appropriated 7 to 8 million VND from a game, Minh took a knife and slashed him to death.
On January 31, Pho Yen Town Police, Thai Nguyen, announced that they had arrested Nguyen Van Minh (born in 1993), permanent resident of Dong Tien Ward, Pho Yen Town, in an emergency to investigate the act of "murder" just 1 hour after the subject...commit a crime.
According to the initial investigation, at about 3:30 p.m. on January 30, 2021, after verifying the report of the people in the area of 47m road in Hoang Thanh residential area, Dong Tien ward, Pho Yen town, an incident with signs of "Murder" occurred.

Upon receiving the report, using professional measures to investigate the perpetrator, just 1 hour after committing the crime, Nguyen Van Minh was arrested by the town police along with the evidence of the crime while hiding in Dong Tien ward.
At the investigation agency, suspect Minh confessed that on January 27, 2021, Nguyen Van Hai (born in 1993, residing in Ha Vu 2 hamlet, Van Phai commune) and Nguyen Van Minh (born in 1993, residing in Thanh Trung residential group, Dong Tien ward) played the "NAGEVIP" slot game together.
While playing the game, Minh claimed that Hai had stolen his account information and appropriated 7-8 million VND. Hai also told Minh to go home and take Minh's family's motorbike to pawn to get money to redeem the phone that Hai had previously pawned.
Thinking he was being tricked, at around 3:00 p.m. on January 30, Minh made an appointment to meet Hai at the edge of the 47-meter road, in Hoang Thanh residential area, Dong Tien ward to talk.
However, after failing to resolve the conflict, Minh immediately took out a sickle-shaped knife from the pineapple sack that he had prepared earlier and chased after Hai to stab him. As a result, Hai was slashed twice in the back, left and right, penetrating his lungs.
Afterwards, Hai was taken to the emergency room by local people but due to the severity of his injuries, he died at Yen Binh General Hospital. It is worth mentioning that before committing the crime, Minh had prepared 3 sickle-shaped knives, a sharp knife and a machete-shaped knife to the above location.
At the police station, Minh confessed all his crimes.
Currently, the case is being further investigated and clarified by the Investigation Police Agency - Provincial Police./.
