Emergency arrest of young man having sexual intercourse with child
(Baonghean.vn) - After drinking at a friend's house, Khay saw the homeowner's child sitting around and immediately had an animalistic urge.
The Investigation Police Agency (Ky Son District Police) has just made an emergency arrest of Loc Van Khay, born in 1995, residing in Khe Chi village, Thach Giam commune, Tuong Duong district, for having sexual intercourse with a child.
Accordingly, at about 7:00 p.m. on May 22, 2019, Loc Van Khay was invited by Lo Van C., residing in Son Thanh village, Ta Ca commune, Ky Son district, to his house to drink alcohol.
After drinking, Khay went home and saw Lo Thi H, born in 2004 (C.'s daughter) sleeping, so he had the intention of having sex with H.

Khay woke H up to talk and then took her to an empty lot behind the house to have sex.
Khay then put his clothes back on and left. The incident was later discovered by H’s family and they reported it to the authorities.
Currently, Ky Son District Police have issued an emergency arrest warrant for Loc Van Khay to investigate and clarify.
