Emergency arrest of a group of murderers and gunmen who resisted the police
The group of people committed the murder and then fled in Dong Nai. When surrounded by the police, they tried to draw their guns to fight back and escape.
Information from Dong Nai Provincial Police on the afternoon of May 3 said that the Criminal Police Department of Dong Nai Provincial Police had just coordinated with the Criminal Police Department (Ministry of Public Security) and Yen Bai Provincial Police to urgently arrest a group of wanted subjects for illegal drug trafficking.Use of military guns is particularly dangerouscommitted a murder in Yen Bai province and then fled.
The arrested subjects include Hoang Ngoc Man (born in 1986), Nguyen Van Trong (born in 1999, both from Thai Nguyen) and Pham Van Dong (born in 1988, from Nghe An).

Among them, Hoang Ngoc Man was wanted by the Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Police Agency for drug trafficking in late 2021. However, he fled and, together with Trong and Dong, used a gun to kill someone in Yen Bai province on April 14, then fled to Dong Nai.
Using professional measures, on the morning of May 3, the police force raided a car wash in Quang Vinh ward (Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province) and urgently arrested Hoang Ngoc Man while he was hiding there.
When he discovered the police, Man tried to pull out a gun to fight back but was restrained and arrested along with evidence of a loaded gun and dozens of other bullets in his bag.
At the same time, the police also urgently arrested Nguyen Van Trong and Pham Van Dong while they were hiding in a house on the street in Thong Nhat ward, Bien Hoa city.
