According to information from the investigation agency, Bui Bao Ky (born in 1985), residing in Block 2, Yen Thanh Town, Yen Thanh District, is a long-term drug addict with many criminal records and drug-related crimes. His criminal history is quite sophisticated and extremely cunning, he uses many different methods to deal with the police force.

Specifically, to avoid detection, Ky only traded drugs at his home. Ky divided the crystal meth into many small bags and hid them in many different places, only keeping enough drugs when someone placed an order.
In addition, Ky built a solid concrete fence around his residence, with thick iron spikes welded on top, creating a solid bunker that was very difficult to access. In addition, Bui told Ky to install many cameras around the house for surveillance. Every day, many "drug addicts" in Yen Thanh and neighboring areas came to Ky to buy drugs. Every time he made a drug transaction, Ky received the money and threw the drugs outside instead of directly making the transaction.
During the process of monitoring the subject's movements, Yen Thanh District Police determined the nature of the incident and the subject's cunning, and planned to arrest Ky. After a period of active investigation, at about 10:00 a.m. on July 14, 2021, using professional measures, Yen Thanh District Police organized forces to urgently arrest Bui Bao Ky for the act of "Illegal drug trafficking".
The evidence seized from the subject was 01 plastic tube containing 08 packages of crystal meth; 03 packages of crystal meth were seized from the clothes hanger in the living room; 02 packages of crystal meth were seized from the dressing table. The total amount of crystal meth seized by Yen Thanh District Police from Bui Bao Ky was 13 packages of crystal meth weighing 4.88 grams. In addition, 01 small scale and tools for using crystal meth were also seized.
Currently, Yen Thanh District Police are consolidating the case file to handle the subject according to the provisions of law.
