Through inspection, the joint force of Quang Binh Provincial Police discovered 43 subjects illegally using drugs and testing positive for drugs; 4 subjects organizing prostitution, the prostitutes confessed that Tinh was the broker.

At the Investigation Agency, Nguyen Thi Tinh also confessed that she was the broker for two prostitutes at the White Rose Hotel and Phu Cuong Hotel for a price of 2.5 to 3 million VND and earned 500,000 VND per turn.
