This person was arrested for being involved in the act of Child Rape.

The victim was Thuong (8 years old, name changed - PV), a neighbor living near Ngoc's house.

According to locals, at around 2 p.m. on April 2, Ngoc went to Thuong's house, pretending to get the car repair tools that her father had borrowed earlier. Discovering that her parents were away and she was playing with a group of friends in front of the house, Ngoc forced the 8-year-old girl into the bedroom and committed a depraved act.

Witnessing the incident, other children ran to knock on the door to save Thuong. Because the door was locked, the children ran to call people around. Hearing the news, many people ran over and saw Thuong lying unconscious on the bed, while Ngoc had returned home.

The incident was reported to the victim’s family by local residents and reported to the police. After committing the act, Ngoc fled the area that same evening. On the afternoon of April 7, when returning home, Ngoc was arrested by the police.
