Quickly arrested 2 subjects who stole and butchered neighbor's buffalo
(Baonghean.vn) - Truong Van Pon and Lang Van Dien confessed to stealing their neighbors' property; taking it into the forest to butcher the mother buffalo and chop off the calf's legs.
On December 23, Quy Hop District Police said that the unit had just successfully fought and broken up a special case.theft of property, arrested 2 subjects for theft of property. It is worth mentioning that the subjects stole and killed the neighbor's buffalo for meat.
Accordingly, on the evening of December 20, Ms. Quang Thi L., residing in Hop Tien hamlet, Chau Tien commune (Quy Hop) checked the buffalo pen but did not find 1 buffalo and 1 calf. The family searched, and on the morning of December 21, discovered in the forest 1 buffalo that had been killed, butchered for meat and 1 calf with its hind leg cut off and unable to walk. Ms. L.'s family filed a report with the police.

Immediately after receiving the report, considering the complicated case, the acts of the subjects were reckless, causing panic among the people, the stolen property was of great value, about 40 million VND, the leaders of the District Police directed to concentrate forces, set up a special project to fight. At 11:30 a.m. on December 21, the Special Project Board arrested 2 subjects Truong Van Pon (born in 1974) and Lang Van Dien (born in 1985), both residing in Hop Tien hamlet, Chau Tien commune, for the act of theft of property. An urgent search was conducted at the residence of the subjects, confiscating 20 kg of buffalo meat, 1 sharp knife at Pon's house and 9 kg of buffalo meat at Dien's house.
At the police station, the suspects confessed to all their crimes. The district police have decided to detain the suspects for further investigation./.
