Caught 'hot' subject preparing to get on a bus to the South with 4 heroin cakes, 3 kg of crystal meth
(Baonghean.vn) - Seven steps down from the taxi carrying a backpack and preparing to board a bus to the South when the task force controlled and arrested him with 3 kg of crystal meth and 4 cakes of heroin.
On February 26, 2020, the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department, in coordination with a number of professional units of Nghe An Police and Do Luong District Police, successfully broke up Project 369B, arresting Tran Khac Bay (born in 1983), residing in Cong Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh District, Nghe An, for illegally transporting drugs.
Around February 2020, the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department of Nghe An Provincial Police discovered a drug trafficking and transportation ring from Nghe An to southern provinces for consumption led by Tran Khac Bay.

On February 26, determining that the subject would transport a large quantity of drugs to the southern provinces, the Task Force sent a task force to patrol and control the area of Ben Thuy 2 Bridge.
At 7:00 a.m. the same day, the task force discovered that Tran Khac Bay had hired a taxi to go through Ben Thuy 2 bridge in the direction of Ha Tinh, so they pursued the subject.
When arriving at Xuan Linh commune, Nghi Xuan, Ha Tinh, Tran Khac Bay got off the taxi carrying his backpack and was about to get on the bus when he was restrained and arrested by the task force. Checking the backpack of the subject, the police force discovered 3 kg of crystal meth and 4 cakes of heroin.

Tran Khac Bay confessed that all the drugs were transported to the southern provinces for consumption. The police are currently continuing to investigate and expand the case.
