Arrest of female Deputy Head of Drug Price Management Department, Department of Drug Administration
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy, Deputy Head of the Drug Price Management Department, Department of Drug Administration, Ministry of Health was arrested for the crime of "Lack of responsibility causing serious consequences".
The Ministry of Public Security's Security Investigation Agency is investigating the criminal case of "Lack of responsibility causing serious consequences" occurring at the Department of Drug Administration, Ministry of Health and related agencies and units.
Based on the investigation results, the Ministry of Public Security's Security Investigation Agency issued a decision to prosecute the accused, an arrest warrant (December 27) for temporary detention, and a search warrant for the residence of the accused Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy (born in 1976, residing at G23 Thanh Cong, Thanh Cong Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi), Deputy Head of the Drug Price Management Department, Department of Drug Administration, Ministry of Health for the crime of "Lack of responsibility causing serious consequences" as prescribed in Article 360 of the 2015 Penal Code.
