At the scene, the police arrested 10 subjects, aged 25-42, all with permanent residence in Long Son commune, Anh Son district; temporarily detained a sum of VND 40,250,000.
It is known that the gambling den at Dang Thi Kim Long’s coffee shop has been organized not long ago but has attracted many participants. Most of them are addicted to gambling and do not have stable jobs.
