Caught 2 subjects trafficking heroin

(Baonghean.vn) - At 6:00 a.m. on April 18, the Anti-Civil Crime Prevention Department (Nghe An Border Guard) in coordination with Hanh Dich Border Guard Station caught two subjects in the act of storing, using, and trading heroin.

2 subjects arrested

They were Lu Van Minh (born in 1993) and Lu Van Ha (born in 1994, both residing in Nam Giai commune, Que Phong district). Before being handcuffed, both subjects were very reckless and fought back fiercely to escape, but with quick, strong, and decisive martial arts movements, the detectives knocked down and controlled the subjects, leaving them no chance to escape. At the scene, the detectives seized evidence including 30 small packages of heroin (weighing 2.75 grams) and 2 cell phones.

Through preliminary testimony, they confessed that the two subjects bought the above amount of heroin from a Mong subject in Tri Le commune, Que Phong district, divided it into small amounts to sell for profit and to serve their own needs. Currently, Hanh Dich Border Guard Station has completed the file, handed over the subject and the evidence to Que Phong district police to continue investigating and handling according to the provisions of law.
