(Baonghean.vn) - At 6:00 AM on April 18th, the Anti-Drug Trafficking Force (Nghe An Border Guard) coordinated with Hanh Dich Border Guard Post to apprehend two individuals red-handed while they were possessing, using, and selling heroin.

Two suspects were arrested.

The suspects were identified as Lu Van Minh (born in 1993) and Lu Van Ha (born in 1994), both residing in Nam Giai commune, Que Phong district. Before being handcuffed, both suspects acted aggressively and recklessly, resisting fiercely to escape. However, with quick, strong, and decisive martial arts moves, the officers subdued and restrained them, preventing their escape. At the scene, the officers seized evidence including 30 small packets of heroin (weighing 2.75 grams) and 2 mobile phones.

According to their initial confessions, the two suspects purchased the heroin from a Hmong individual in Tri Le commune, Que Phong district, intending to divide it into smaller portions for resale and to use for their own needs. Currently, the Hanh Dich Border Guard Post has completed the case file and handed over the suspects and evidence to the Que Phong District Police for further investigation and processing in accordance with the law.
