Previously, on the evening of January 21, while on patrol, the working group of Dien Chau Traffic Police Station (Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Police) received information from the public about 2 subjects showing signs of trading in prohibited goods.

The two subjects storing fireworks in the car mentioned above are Vo Duc Tuyen, born in 1975 and Vo Sy Huan, born in 2003, both residing in Dien Xuan commune, Dien Chau district.
