(Baonghean.vn) - The Department of Investigation Police on Crimes of Corruption, Economy, Smuggling, and Environment, Provincial Police is temporarily detaining Dinh Van Tin (born in 1963), residing in Quy Chinh block, Nam Dan town, Nam Dan district, for the act of buying and selling wild, endangered, and rare animals.

Previously, at 9:30 a.m. on January 18, at Quy Chinh block, Nam Dan town, Nam Dan district, the Department of Investigation Police on corruption, economic, smuggling, and environmental crimes, the Provincial Police presided over and coordinated with Nam Dan district police to break up a case, arresting Dinh Van Tin (born in 1963), residing in Quy Chinh block, Nam Dan town, for the act of buying and selling wild, endangered, and rare animals.

The seized exhibits included: 10 monkeys, 2 spotted leopards, 1 pangolin (all dead), with a total weight of 120 kg. Some of these animals are listed as endangered, precious, and rare species.
