Previously, on the evening of January 20, the Criminal Police, Economic and Drug Police Team of Nam Dan District Police coordinated with Xuan Hoa Commune Police to arrest Le Van Canh (born in 1985), residing in Hong Son Hamlet, Xuan Hoa Commune, for possessing prohibited goods. The seized evidence included 12 mortars of unknown origin with a total weight of 17kg.
At the police station, Le Van Canh confessed: Because he did not have a stable job, Canh bought fireworks to sell for profit. However, before finding a buyer, he was caught red-handed for possession.
