Caught red-handed illegally transferring liquefied petroleum gas.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of March 9th, in Trung Do ward (Vinh city), the Administrative Police Team for Social Order of Vinh City Police caught red-handed a case of illegal trading and refilling of large quantities of liquefied petroleum gas.

The offender, Hoang Minh Giap, born in 1985, residing in Block 1, Trung Do Ward (Vinh City), was found to be illegally trading and transferring liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) from large cylinders to mini cylinders. At Giap's residence, police seized 45 gas cylinders, including 12 12kg cylinders containing gas; 30 empty 12kg gas cylinders and 3 empty 45kg gas cylinders from Petrolimex Gas, Thang Long Gas, and Gia Dinh Gas companies; and 2 sets of equipment for transferring gas from large cylinders to mini cylinders.

Evidence seized for illegal gas refilling.

Authorities requested Hoang Minh Giap to present his documents, but Giap did not have any permits authorizing him to conduct business in liquefied petroleum gas. The city police have now seized all the aforementioned evidence and will process the violation according to the law.
