Caught red-handed illegally decanting liquefied gas

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of March 9, in Trung Do ward (Vinh city), the Social Order Administrative Police Team of Vinh City Police caught red-handed a case of illegal business and decanting of large quantities of liquefied gas.

The violator is Hoang Minh Giap, born in 1985, residing in Block 1, Trung Do Ward (Vinh City), who is illegally trading and decanting liquefied gas from large gas cylinders to mini gas cylinders. At Giap's private home, the police seized 45 gas cylinders, including 12 12 kg cylinders containing gas; 30 12 kg gas cylinder shells and 3 45 kg gas cylinder shells of Petrolimex, Thang Long, and Family Gas brands, and 2 sets of tools for decanting gas from large cylinders to mini gas cylinders.

Evidence of illegal gas decanting

The authorities asked Hoang Minh Giap to present documents, but Giap did not have any documents that licensed him to trade in liquefied petroleum gas. The city police have now made a record of the temporary confiscation of all the above-mentioned exhibits to handle violations according to the law.
