Previously, at around 12:30 p.m. on September 20, a working group of Ky Son District Police on duty in My Ly Commune discovered Vi Van Hai (born in 1998) and Vi Tuan Anh (born in 1991), both residing in Xieng Tam Village, My Ly Commune, illegally using drugs.
Through the statements of the subjects, the working group searched Luong Van Sang and seized 40 synthetic drug tablets and 42 packages of white substance (suspected to be drugs).eren), Sang was on his way to deliver this amount of drugs to addicts in the area.
