According to initial information, Mr. Buu and the former accountant of the Center legalized documents to withdraw budget money for various purposes, including personal use.
When inspecting the Krong No District Land Fund Development Center, the Inspection Committee of the Krong No District Party Committee discovered that during the time Mr. Bui Tan Buu was the Director, there were many acts of management, revenue and expenditure, and implementation of assigned projects that were not transparent, and the books were unclear, so it recommended that the investigation agency conduct an investigation and clarify the matter.
It is known that before being prosecuted and temporarily detained, Mr. Buu was disciplined by the District People's Committee and demoted from Director to Deputy Director of the Land Fund Development Center of Krong No District.
