Another subject was arrested by C45 - Ministry of Public Security for sending threatening messages to Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee Huynh Duc Tho.

A source from the General Department of Police - Ministry of Public Security said that the leaders of the General Department of Police have directed C45 to arrest a subject with permanent residence in Lien Chieu district, Da Nang city for sending threatening messages to Mr. Huynh Duc Tho.
The arrest was made by C45 after arresting and prosecuting Mr. Dao Tan Cuong (residing in Thanh Binh ward, Hai Chau district, Da Nang city) for the crime of Threatening to kill. Mr. Dao Tan Cuong is the brother of Mr. Dao Tan Bang, Chief of Office of Da Nang City Party Committee.
According to this source, the second person arrested for texting threats to Da Nang City leaders is not related to Mr. Dao Tan Cuong's threat to Mr. Huynh Duc Tho.
This source also refused to provide the name of the second person arrested for sending threatening messages to the Chairman of Da Nang City.
